AI should be able to fill out information related the Mental Status Exam without needing the therapist to explicitly add them under My additions.
Overall, the current note quality for Psychotherapy is rather poor.

This! Perhaps this will become smoother as Heidi "learns" more with my work. I'll dictate my MSE and will find it is inconsistent, I will actively remark in recordings, I will even type it out in the additions-- this has yet to produce a consistent product.
