I would like to include a template on Wrist Range of motion in my examination section of my initial letter template

eg If normal motion It should appear as

Wrist ROM:

R L

DF 90 90

PF 90 90

S 90 90

P 90 90

RD 15 15

UD 40 40

Grip (kg)

If not normal I would like to make the correction verbally and then include the grip stregth

Is this possible??
