I have added snippets to the memory section. I want my snippets to be included in my assessment whenever it is mentioned. For instance, if I discuss BPH with the patient, I want that snippet to automatically be integrated into the assessment portion of the note. Similar to smartphrases in the Epic EMR platform.

I would like Heidi to insert auto text if i say a word . for example if I say "atrial fibrillation " I would like to see my note with the following phrase "Atrial fibrillation: monitor heart rate on current regimen. Continue with current anticoagulation and monitor for signs of bleeding "

For instance, if I say "negative head trauma history" this will trigger the system to input a text blurb such as "No syncope/confusion/HA/neck-pain/trismus/vomiting/visual changes/auditory changes/speech disturbances/gait-disturbance/anticoagulation use"
