Feature Requests

I use heidi in primary care setting, so I am doing follow ups regularly. When I start a new session and I select the patient I will be seeing, it would be nice if it had a summary of the patient's health (labs mentioned in the past, summary of conditions) and a list of tasks/items that I need to follow up for this visit. This is a feature that FreedAi has which I found helpful so I don't have to go back and read the last visit note.

Enable users to view their task list and manually add tasks after a session directly within the Heidi app, so they don't need to switch to the browser.

I primarily use the Firefox browser and do not use other Chromium-based browsers. Having a Firefox extension would greatly enhance my workflow by allowing me to use Heidi within my preferred browser. This would streamline my tasks and improve efficiency, as I rely heavily on Firefox for my daily activities.

I would like to integrate Google Calendar with my Heidi account to improve scheduling and workflow. This integration would allow me to seamlessly manage my appointments and tasks across both platforms, ensuring that I never miss an important event or deadline. It would be a great enhancement to have this feature available.

it would be good if you could push the any tasks created as a seperate note to cliniko. Doing this would create a draft note on the patients file and easy to spot from the cliniko dash board that something still needs to be done for that patient

I LOVE the task feature. It would be even better if you could print the task list or export it to a spreadsheet, sync with a practice's EHR, or upload to Google tasks, ToDoist, or other platform. Printing would be my top choice right now though. This would make it much easier to provide to other office staff to assist in completing.

I love the task feature as the auto-generate option! This request came from realizing that in the master task list, it does identify the client they wee generated for regardless of date of session, so it would be incredible if tasks, with date generated, could carry over from session to session in the task panel that pops up! It would help remind me of anything that hasn't been completed yet, how stale the task is, etc. Thanks in advance for any consideration!

I imagine this is a big ask, but I would love to be able to customize the task labels! Things like "In session", "Client Task", Therapist Task", etc. I am using the current tabs and trying to simply interpret them appropriately but since I assume they are coded a bit differently than custom ones may be, even being able to manually change them to a custom label would be great. Thank you!!
