the ability to pick a colour scheme.

It would be great to have a "dark/black theme" for those who tend to develop headaches when frequently staring at bright screens like myself. Thank you!

Requesting an automation to have the "complex file" checkbox checked by default for handwritten files instead of manually checking it each time for every new session.

Preferable on the column where the names are. I like to review my letters and correct them and my staff don't know if the letters are ready to be sent yet. It would take too much time to open each patient file to check.

I would like to be able to login to Heidi from my hospital and from my clinic with NO MFA- given that I am already logged into my network in those locations. When I am off site, Id like to require the MFA for added security. Our EMR has this option, in that we can have certain IP addresses where we do not require MFA. Thx!

I used to rely on the ability to upload audio files when starting a session, which was removed in the latest iOS version. Recording audio on my Apple Watch and uploading it to Heidi was much more convenient than using my phone, especially when assessing patients in the emergency department or on the wards. It would be beneficial to have this feature reinstated.

The new orange colour scheme strains my eyes and makes it harder to work. I would prefer an option to switch back to the previous colour scheme, as the current one negatively impacts my ability to use the platform comfortably.

Change the horrible meaningless new logo from the yellow pages command button, back to the H which connected with the word Heidi
