It would be useful to have more control over ICD-10 Coding preferences. For example, the ability to select a preference for specific Chapters that are relevant to the scope of practice. For example, as a Prov Psych, I have a primary need for F codes. Additionally, adjusting the sensitivity of code suggestions may be beneficial, as it appears to be overly sensitive at times. Alternatively, if you could filter or sort by code in the Review Code section of the note, that would be useful as well, especially when formulating hypotheses and contributing factors.

Generate CPT/ICD-10 codes from notes using fine-tuned LLMs. This returns hours of daily productivity back to staff and ensures under-coding never happens again.

It would be great to have this as a feature.

Please include the CCSD codes in the same way you have with SNOWMED

Every specialty has different codes. Different jurisdictions & countries too. It would be useful if there was a mechanism to structure a specific or local codes set to which Heidi could refer. If you specify the code table structure any code set can be manipulated or at worst entered.

if Coding and billing can be automated , it can be game changer
