it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

The AI frequently outputs bold formatting using asterisks (e.g. ****), which is not suitable for clinical documentation. This requires manual cleanup every time. I would like a system-level option to disable bold formatting entirely, rather than relying on template instructions that do not consistently apply. id like to be able to upload my office's letterhead so that when i write a school excuse or other professional note/referral/letter, i can do it directly from heidi instead of using the copy and paste shortcuts to put it onto the correct letterhead. no biggie. keep up the great work! yall rock!!

Request for a single, dedicated page per patient where their entire medical history is pre-populated after the first visit. This would allow clinicians to easily find previous entries and add new dictations, streamlining workflow and improving access to patient information. No further details required.

When I want to link the session to a patient profile, the first line is "Create a profile for XXX (Pt name)", then there are the suggested profiles underneath. It happens frequently that I mistakenly choose to create a new profile, rather than choose the line below. Currently, there is no way to merge the duplicate profiles. I would be great if there was a confirmatory step when the system wants to create a duplicate profile.

User wanted to be notified in advance about an upcoming update and what it includes.

My email is not saving on the system. So when I need a document sent out to the patient i need to supply my email each time. Fixing this bug. Alongside this it seems the patient email is not saving well in the system either even after i have previously had a file sent out to them.
