Feature Requests

It takes too much time to go to context for each patient and tick to include previous sessions as context. I'd like there to be a global setting that I could toggle on to include the last x number of sessions for all patients. I already found it wastes time to have to do this for each patient session, but since an update yesterday I now have to click the calendar icon and then tick each session, it wastes even more time.

Can you please set a feature that keeps the screen on all the time when using heidi especially for Android devices. When they go to screen off time, it is not recording anything.

Option to record a session locally, eliminating the significant issues caused by patchy WiFi or mobile reception. I am currently recording sessions in my phone's voice recorder app then copying the transcript into the context tab. I was advised to turn off internet connection to allow offline recording of a session but this did not work, just gave me a blank session. *Veterinary use, I assume patient privacy/data security may be a limiting factor here in human medicine?

We are finding it extremely annoying that the attachments cannot be viewed from Heidi. Especially when we want to double check the clinic prep to make sure the correct docs have been added.

It would help with efficiency to permanently separate the context menu and note menu. I see you can do that now, however, it doesn't stay permanent when switching to another note.

It would be nice when editing the patient profile for Heidi to recognize the country of origin so we don't have to select the country code for entering the phone number. Even if this were a default setting to adjust, that would work as another option.

I need to include more than 3 past sessions in the Context tab to create comprehensive documents for my clients. Expanding the limit to at least 6 sessions would greatly enhance my ability to provide detailed and accurate information in my letters.

To have context feature every time for each patient.

The new "evidence" section that allows the use of AI to ask medical questions doesn't currently offer any advantage over something like Open Evidence. What would be more advantageous would be if it we could ask questions and have it pull information from the current patient encounter. Then we could ask things like "Are there any other questions I should ask?" "What would be the best antidepressant to try next for this patient?" etc.
