Requesting for template that a GP doing aged care visits can document based on visiting and dictating encounter details Trialled on other templates and on dictation but some features are omited by Heidi

Dictation does not seem to understand the word “Ferritin”; it has happened several times that she just did not transcribe it.

If I am setting up a clinic and I want to change dictation to transcription and I inadvently click the dictate button rather than the down arrow to open the drop down, I have a create and resume default and no easy way to change to transcribe shot of making a new record note.

On browsers (chrome and firefox at least). The red microphone-is-in-use icon appears on the tab, even when transcription or dictation are not active (ie it appears at a glance that recording is occuring when it is not). It would be helpful if this red dot would only appear when recording is active.

Break notes into clear sections you can edit, copy, and dictate individually, without regenerating the whole document.

The spelling of the name I enter into "add patient details" is the correct usage for each case; Heidi uses its own version of spelling in the dictation. Heidi should use the spelling I entered. Example: Spelling in Patient details = Cyndi, but Heidi enters the name in the dictation as "Cindy."

It would be nice if Heidi would automatically update the screen to the most recent transcription instead of constantly updating the screen manually. It would help efficiency and work flow during the day tremendously.

I remember this feature was to be added. I am wondering if this is now applied in Canada, or still not. If yes, how? on the app? or on the web?
