i need to be able to see which patients i have dictated on, and who has had a letter exported.

when I travel between offices and reopen Heidi on my laptop it allows me to start dictating but is not capturing. I can fix this by manually closing and reopening the app. Is it possible to build an automation to the app to close when the laptop is hibernating, when the screen is closed.

Word-for-word or smart dictation option for DR records

I need a word-for-word or smart dictation option for my records saved as DR. Currently, the app requires selecting a template, which is not as efficient for my workflow. Having the option for direct dictation would streamline my process and improve efficiency.
