Feature Requests

Please see about adding an integration to Tracker Software from the Bridge Network. It's a really great dental office software and it would be amazing to have that be able to be integrated!

Live System Status (i.e. if working normally or any problems ) on the main dictation / transcription page. At 14:00 today GMT in the UK, the system was not working and I spent 45 minutes trying to problem solve that until I realised that it was not working for other colleagues at the same general practice. After rebooting the computer and logging back into Heidi, there was a message on the logon page saying that it was running slow and that there were problems. It subsequently started working again.

I wish the background for the RECORD BUTTON was Completely RED when it is recording. Its a better visual cue to ensure its on. There have been times when I thought it was recording and it wasnt :/

I would like to have a cute/approachable little Heidi robot/doll/hardware that I can place on my desk as a user interface. I'd like to be able to link it to my account so that all I have to do is press a button to start a session and another to stop the session. Even better, I'd love voice assistant and the ability that if there is a problem with the recording, that the little Heidi interface shows me in some fashion (waving a hand, lighting a light etc). I'd pay for this for sure.

This would avoid patient's being distracted by devices being brought into the room such as phone/ipad.

Does your program use RAM to store session data? I've been using it for 4 days and midway today it started becoming slow, then it started freezing up. I had to log onto another computer to delete older sessions to be able to get it to work on my Mac again. It was probably hogging all my RAM. What can you do about this?
