Live System Status (i.e. if working normally or any problems ) on the main dictation / transcription page. At 14:00 today GMT in the UK, the system was not working and I spent 45 minutes trying to problem solve that until I realised that it was not working for other colleagues at the same general practice. After rebooting the computer and logging back into Heidi, there was a message on the logon page saying that it was running slow and that there were problems. It subsequently started working again.
