A new and improved version of the template builder that allows users to easily understand how to create custom templates as well as customise Heidi's ones. This template builder will make it easier to add sections and different content types through more intuitive and visual representations of content types, as well as better explanations of the different types of content and what they do.

There are common phrases that I continually have to delete out of the generated note, generally in the plan. Things such as "call patient to schedule", "submit for insurance authorization with United Health". I have specific instructions in my template to not include these in the plan but they are ignored. The ability to block commonly deleted phrases/topics would save a lot of time spent editing. I see deepcura just introduced a feature to address this.

I would like to have the option of placing template favorites in groups. For example my clinic has a certain protocol on diagnosing ADHD that requires at least three visits and a formal letter. I would like to have an ADHD folder that I can click on that has all 4-5 templates in it easy to find and select. I think this would be helpful for all the well-child exams that are templated. Basically the more I use Heidi the more templates I make and like to use and now it is to the point I need organization.

Currently my templates are listing durations as "3/7" instead of 3d or, 2/12 instead of 2m. This is not a commonly used format at my clinic and it causes significant confusion. Given the multiple different interpretations possible if this is not the common way of recording durations or frequencies, these have to be manually edited and are not always easily found.

Ability to paste the final letter after manual edit of Heidi output somewhere, and the AI analyses the difference and makes changes to template.

Ability to customize the templates further by being able to add logo, header, footer, alignment and font sizes

I do a lot of telephone consultations. Please create template for telephone consultation as not all of our patients are seen in person

I'd like to upload our logo or letterhead into my existing template, or create a new one with our logo on it. So, every time I use a template, the letterhead is there.

I do lots of medicolegal and other consultations where employer and regulator opinions need to be included. Heidi persistently assumes that the patient's version is accurate, and often forgets to even document anything to do with manager, HR or other opinions or perspectives. (Occupational Medicine)
