Feature Requests

I would like to have the option of placing template favorites in groups. For example my clinic has a certain protocol on diagnosing ADHD that requires at least three visits and a formal letter. I would like to have an ADHD folder that I can click on that has all 4-5 templates in it easy to find and select. I think this would be helpful for all the well-child exams that are templated. Basically the more I use Heidi the more templates I make and like to use and now it is to the point I need organization.

Verbal instructions to Heidi: use template X; type verbatim. Always use "best". Pull : diagnosis and plan from previous letter.

Otherwise I have to copy the info from the exported word document and into my templates (painful). I use Office 365, power automate and Sharepoint rather than a medical records system and we don't post letters to GP - whatsapp, 365 sharing links, secure email etc

AI should be able to fill out information related the Mental Status Exam without needing the therapist to explicitly add them under My additions. Overall, the current note quality for Psychotherapy is rather poor.

I’d love the ability to export my Heidi sessions directly as CSV or RTF. Right now, I need a consistent tabulatable format for reports (like ultrasound data), but Heidi doesn’t support this yet. I’ve tried copy-pasting into Google Sheets/Excel, but it isn’t always reliable, and formatting differences can cause errors. Having a direct export option would save a lot of time and make my workflow much smoother. Why it matters: I need consistent formatting for business reasons Copy-paste workarounds add manual steps and risk errors A direct export would make reporting faster and more reliable

I used to save a list of "Additional Physicians" in the "additional information" area that I used for for sending "cc:" s of each new office note. That appears to be removed, abd Heidi no longer appears to used information from the new "additional information" field within my templated note.

I dont want to see all the default heidi-created templates, they should exist as a menu in the background and I should be able to multi-select any (if any) that I want to be visible in my library. I cant delete or remove the heidi ones and there are 5 pages of them where my templates get lost in.

I want a feature that allows me to copy my clinic letters onto and then have Heidi improve the letter to read better, producing a more readable letter in my template style. I usually have more than 20-30 letters but I don't want to create a new session every time, just have a session that I can copy and paste things into and out of.

Similar to dot phrases in Epic, where a template for a certain problem or discussion is saved and can be applied to notes without changing other areas of the note. I.e. chronic kidney disease and the standard areas that are reviewed and are nice to have summarized in the plan for the condition.
