it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

Can the default sort order not be the wrong way round?! I don't understand why the end of the day is at the top. Also why can I not just show appointments today. I do not need to see any older. The default should be today appointments with the earliest appointment at the top. This order has been ruined with the recent updates. I won't bother paying for a service which cannot sort the simple stuff out.

It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

It would be very helpful if Heidi could label speakers in the transcript ("Speaker 1", "Speaker 2" etc) as it is quite time consuming going through the transcript afterwards and having to figure out when I spoke vs when the patient spoke.

I'm a board-certified family medicine physician and current Heidi user. I'd like to inquire about access to the Heidi Open API to build a small, locally-hosted integration that retrieves my own encounter transcripts and generates consult notes. Questions: (1) Is Open API access available to an individual clinician/independent practice, or limited to EHR vendors and enterprise partners? (2) What is the onboarding process, eligibility, and cost? (3) Can a BAA be executed, since the integration would process PHI?

When using the dictate feature to modify or edit existing sentences, the first word is always auto-capitalized. Currently, Sarah has to manually go back and uncapitalize the first word after dictating. She would like the ability to control whether auto-capitalization is applied or not.

When printing from the application or exporting PDF, automatically add on each page: the patient's name, first name, file number, and 1/2, 2/2 numbering. This makes it possible to identify each page in a hospital context where documents are still printed and processed on paper.

Currently, I can do a screen capture of my daysheet, but to import it, I first have to save it as a file, and then locate the file again to import it. Too many steps when I'm used to copy/paste. In the import UI, please allow paste rather than restricting it to file upload only. The copy/paste should be in either text or graphic format.
