I cant begin to count how many time a session was not fully transcribed because sometimes there was an error with the system (this is was the engineering team told me once) or that for some reason i can see the session recording but then it says "transcript too short to generate note" and its so frustrating becauseI can see that the mic is on, working, so I have no idea what happens at times, but this has made me loose so much session content and given me lots of anxiety.

The AI frequently outputs bold formatting using asterisks (e.g. ****), which is not suitable for clinical documentation. This requires manual cleanup every time. I would like a system-level option to disable bold formatting entirely, rather than relying on template instructions that do not consistently apply. A very much needed feature enhancement where Heidi should be able to link to patient’s PMHx, medications, past billed item number with dates and suggestions of due dates for CDM / Health Assessment item numbers by linking through EHR / PRODA, even when logged in through Web or Mobile App, it might help to understand these enhancements already available by an AI Scribe on the following website: https://maiscribe.com.au/service-opportunities/ Suggestion: Linking Heidi to Cubiko in the background through an API might help develop this feature seamlessly and quickly ??

Ability to mass delete documents by selecting multiple files and/or deleting folders WITH the documents they contain. Mass upload would also be useful

Please remove recommended note types after transcription has completed. This feature is obstructive and for myself at least it is not helpful as I am repeatedly choosing the same templates after every contact everyday. I do not want to set one template as a default as I use 3 different ones and liked the fact that my favourites were at the top of the template list. If you dont want to remove this please add a setting to allow us to remove it if it is unhelpful or put suggestions under favourites please.

Is it possible to upload a PDF/doc/image of the daysheet of appointments so Heidi can automatically recognise and create sessions for each patient of the day?

Please remove or move the "Upgrade to Practice" or "Upgrade to Clinician" web element/button that is right at the center top of the screen. I upgraded to Clinician, which is the level of support I need and now the browser shows an "Upgrade to Practice" button instead. Like others have already said, this is very distracting for work flow. I would not be surprised if something like this causes clinicians to leave Heidi.

I would like the ability to grab a file with my mouse, have it hover over the Context menu header, and then have the file drop into context section. Presently I have to Open the Context Section and drop the file into it, or open the attachments link down the bottom of it and select files.

It would be helpful to be able to view the uploaded documents within the context screen.
