I cannot believe anyone thought it was a good idea to have a box pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I change anything about a patient name. I thought you figured this out when you decided to remove the incessant pop-ups about the microphone not picking up audio, but now you've done it AGAIN with this new linking box. TAKE. IT. AWAY!

When starting a new session have the ability to pull existing name of patient into the note from the creation of the session. Have existing patients auto populate as you are typing the patient's name.

Would love to be able to put in a date and time stamp of the initial encounter and every new recording (reassessment) for the same patient
