Feature Requests

I would like to have the ability to link all sessions without needing to manually paste content into the context box. This would streamline the process and make it more efficient, especially when managing multiple sessions for a single patient.

It would be great, if possible, to have a "always include last 3 sessions in context" option in the settings as I am rarely excluding them and setting it every time can be tedious. However, LOVING having it! This feature makes it much more accurate to track progress, follow up on previous tasks and plans that it will reference in the note if we got to, etc. I am absolutely elated to see how it plays with the Patient Context feature now that there is that on the patient profiles! I can't recommend you guys enough to my colleagues. Keep up the amazing work!

Enable a persistent contextual note that carries over across all sessions for a given client. This would allow clinicians to retain important recurring details (e.g. family member names) without re-entering them each session

It would be very helpful if the copy forward prior notes context could be set to default to copy 1-3 prior notes as context for every new note of a specific type (so followup notes can default to doing this). I sometimes forget to check off prior notes, so don't have context for the first generation, wasting LLM time and my time to go back and check the boxes then hit sync.

I would like to add a screen shot of patient data into the context menu. Some of the EMR does not allow copy/paste (say of labs) and the ability to recongize screen cap without saving and uploading an image file would be a time saver.

After creating a note or summary based on uploaded background documents, the option to move onto transcription is removed. It would be helpful to create a note prior to consultation to be used as background then add a transcript of the consultation. Having done this the note could be regenerated the combined information. The alternative would be to generate context notes based on uploaded documents in the context section. This could add as a pre-consultation summary before moving onto transcription. At the moment two separate sessions are required one for the context and document summary and one for the transcription. Hopefully you can help.

The integration is helpful but when you push the note to cliniko it stays as a draft. This leads to the user having to go back into cliniko from heidi and finalise the note manually (lots of extra clicks and usually ends up piling up with draft notes). Would be very helpful to have an option to automatically finalise note in cliniko. Would be much more efficient

I do my consultation and create a 'Note' I then create a second 'tab' which summarises the consult in the way I want - in most cases, this will be a summary of the patient's skin check. If I edit this second tab to reflect the correct content of the consultation and then try to write a letter or summary, Heidi ignores these edits and takes detail from the original note. If I click 'Create document' from within a second/edited tab, the details in the selected tab should be used to create the new document.

Not easy to put patient name, date of service and place of service on every note once you dictate that. Should label every printed page with patient information

With a specific name and maybe a medical record number, Heidi could automatically populate the current note With all the information that never changes on a particular patient. Instead of always re dictating all of it. Would save countless hours
