Can the default sort order not be the wrong way round?! I don't understand why the end of the day is at the top. Also why can I not just show appointments today. I do not need to see any older. The default should be today appointments with the earliest appointment at the top. This order has been ruined with the recent updates. I won't bother paying for a service which cannot sort the simple stuff out.

I am experiencing interruptions with the app stopping mid-session on my phone, which is disruptive to my work. It would be beneficial to have audible commands, such as 'start session' and 'end session', to control the app without relying on the touchscreen. This would prevent accidental stops if the phone is moved slightly.

It would be good to be able to add an audio file to a current session instead of starting a new session to upload. Recently experienced a power outage, but was able to save the audio file at the end. I could not upload it to the session I had started the transcription recording with. I had to start new session to upload the file, and move all my notes in the context to the new session.

Changing session date by directly typing the dates, rather than click select.

Currently, patient search in the new session field only suggests existing profiles after typing 3+ letters of the last name. The user would like the search to suggest existing patients after typing just 1 letter of the last name, making it easier to find existing patients in the list.

I love the patient list feature. I had a suggestion for organizing patients by specific tag (to be able to organize by specific appointments, for example - neurodevelopment consultation, early childhood consultation, adolescent consultation, etc.)

Can you make the desktop app have a floating mini bubble to enable/disable recording without having to switch from the EMR to the app back and forth. It can be a small bubble that floats above all windows and has a + sign to create new session, and maybe another button for start/stop

Justin Aniello (APD) regularly uses the Picture-in-Picture feature and finds it very helpful. He noticed that while working in the Evidence tab, the End Session button in PiP does not respond. His current workaround is to switch back to the Scribe tab before ending the session. He understands this is expected behavior and is not reporting it as a bug, but suggested expanding PiP functionality to support Evidence for a smoother workflow.

Please add the ability to merge two separate patient profiles into a single patient record in Heidi. Currently, users can manage or link sessions, but there is no way to combine full patient profiles that were created separately.
