The new popup is frustrating and disrupts workflow. Please remove it. Very few users would need to link sessions, and it’s inefficient to inconvenience everyone for such a small group.

As a speech therapist working regularly with the same clients in neuro rehabilitation, I would like to be able to link sessions to a client and Heidi for then be able to comment on progression, long term goals or comparison to previous sessions/performance

Indicate the patient's email in their profile and have a simple button to generate the meeting summary and send them by email

Grey color for "No Status" too close to purple used for "Sent"

I find it challenging to compare two AI-generated notes and choose the better one during busy patient sessions. It would be beneficial if the AI could automatically select the best note or provide a single optimized note to save time and mental effort.

In our multidisciplinary group, we face a challenge with documentation as only one person can enter notes at a time in our EMR. This slows down report generation and sometimes leads to unintentional deletion of content. It would be beneficial if Heidi could automatically combine multiple scribe sessions into one seamless report, allowing for simultaneous note entry by various team members.

I want to be able to delete sessions while still retaining the necessary information for linking to patient profiles. This would allow me to manage storage more efficiently without losing the ability to link previous sessions for context in future notes.

I am using Simple Practice and would like to integrate Heidi with my client sessions via Simple Practice. It would be beneficial to have a seamless connection between the two platforms to streamline my workflow. I understand that the integration is dependent on customer demand and the willingness of Simple Practice to collaborate. I hope this integration can be prioritized as it would greatly enhance my experience.

Give Heidi iOS mobile app the ability to bulk delete any sessions in the mobile app and set sessions to delete automatically after a user-defined period (from 1 to 30 days), similar to the desktop version. This would save time for users who accumulate many sessions during busy work weeks, especially in fast-paced environments like emergency settings.
