Can we please have a way to pre-chart for future appointments on the schedule tab? You are not integrated with my EHR. It would be nice to prep the next day's patients chart rather than copying and pasting information the day of.

I don't have an integrated EMR and I need to file manually all the notes/letters. I would prefer to delegate this to a staff member since I am spending as much time (if not more) filing my notes at the end of the day as to review/complete the notes themselves. However, there is no clear way to indicate to the supporting staff that a note/session is completed and ready to be filed vs a session where I need to review/complete. I think this has been requested in the past and would be a amazing feature and hopefully easy to integrate. What about just a way to highlight with a bright color the session tab in the schedule column indicating that the documents are ready to be filed? Thanks!

Export sessions in bulk. I would like to be able to export all of my sessions for a particular week or month, rather than having to export each individual session. I would also like to be able to export all sessions for a particular patient.

Hi again! I think the "archive" feature and what I am thinking of would be distinct because I assume in "Archiving" a note, eventually, that you could not easily click back to it from the pop-out menu that appears when you hover over a client, and I do still want to be able to do that even if a note is from a good deal of time in the past, depending on what I am searching for. However, the notes list gets very long very quickly, so having a collaipsble/expandable "Older than 30 days", "Older than 60 days", "Older than 6 months" etc. type option would be wonderful. Or, perhaps, just a "show more" button that could be at the bottom of the list after, say, 40 notes on the list, where if you click the "show more" then it would should another 15, for example? Thank you!!

Again, similar to another idea on here that I also voted for! But, I open a new session days before I see a client so I can note any file or client needs that I have to address with them AT that next session. Currently, since I'm not EHR integrated, I go through and edit the day/time manually, which works fine overall! I wondered, though, if the "schedule" feature could open up to non-EHR scheduling ahead so it does not clutter the past/current sidebar list? Or, when we click the "new session" button, could there be a prompt to click "today" or "schedule later", which may then go to another box if you hit "schedule later", or if you click "today", it would go to the same screen it currently does? Thanks in advance for any consideration! Again, ya'll are awesome!

This is similar to some others I'm seeing but not quite the same! I would love to be able to "flag" a client's note when I schedule one ahead of time to remind myself that a treatment plan is coming due, they have paperwork I need to have them sign, there's a call I need to make, a scheduling item to follow up on, payment to be collected, etc. I know having multiple flags would be very difficult but I am hoping being able to have one primary per client (and even just one icon that would indicate multiple file/client needs could be helpful?) would be amazing and hopefully not too labor intensive. I open new sessions days or weeks before I see a client so I can edit the session day/time and make a note, but the flag would be much easier to see, read, and understand when in a hurry versus what I currently do, which is to edit the patient name and put TXP next to it. Also, I am SO EXCITED about the context box on the patient profile now! You guys are the best!!!

Having to enter each patient as a new session each visit is getting slow. I would like to upload a PDF of my daily clinic list, and have Heidi create sessions for each visit from that list. Heidi does not integrate with our EMR.

I need a way to flag the sessions for several reasons. So that I can do a draft and come back later to complete. Also so that my staff can flag when completed and sent out and if I need a priority completion

Group notes into expandable buckets by Date of Service so we can easily refer back in our note history

Ability to manage and file sessions. Archive session in groups - by day or consulting session. manage sessions and highlight/shade depending on status. Eg session highlighted blue is booked/upcoming, red is complete but active, orange is being processed and green is done ready for checking. Then grey out might be for complete/archive. You could customise the colours to your preference. This would make it much easier to manage workflow.
