Heidi has many creative spellings for the newish drug Rhapsido. Rather than manually correct them, I have on several occasions submitted the question, "Correct 'Rapsodo' to 'Rhapsido'" with that verbiage as an attempt to get her to learn the correct spelling, but she is not learning from this; I continue to get any of several incorrect spellings for this med

We have a large enterprise agreement with you and EMR integration on Epic. With this many people on one system, it would seem possible for Heidi to be taught the proper spelling of the doctors in our system. If this cannot be done on a system level, there should be a way for providers to train Heidi to get their frequently used referral providers spelled correctly (instead of continually getting it wrong). I can see a role for both features. Back in the days of Dragon, this individual training of your frequently used providers was a feature.

When editing it would be really useful to be able to use a find/replace function. For example if the system fails to recognise male/female voices and gets pronouns wrong. The ability to find all of the examples in the note and change them in bulk would be very useful.

When I need to correc the spelling of an industry or audiology-specific word, I want to do it quickly. I can't even location the Memory area of Heidi anymore without asking Chat where it is. Please bring it back to the top where I can find it fast.

your AI doesn't have enough memory and I have spent up to 4 hrs trying to get 1 correct note done it constantly forgets thinks takes out meds a patient is on adds in to there med list something we are considering pending the next month lab results, not focusing or listing problems in priority order, new versions forget info from prior and asks me to have to cut and paste to put proper version together - forgetting evidence we used on other patients having to research every time no memory across different patients and I have to constantly reming them or cut and paste up to date studies and information to refocus- I feel like I have to train your AI but it isn't learning and it makes critical errors- I discuss an evidenced based criteria I am using based on A2P2 levels and it changes it to PAI-1 AG levels and it changes it completely - this is NOT ready to actually charge for this service these are medical records - I often have to search in other data basis such as grok and cut and paste to train your model to look for the right information also taking crap that appears not evidenced based from the internet at times

Need to be able to search notes, FIND, REPLACE, and REPLACE ALL, as well as choose fonts and colors - formatting documents after the fact is sooooo time consuming!

Is there a way to do a bulk download of existing memory replacements to share with other clinic members? The bulk upload is very helpful. We'd like to be able to share Heidi Memory entries made by individuals with other team members. Being able to download the current individual lists would be helpful for creating a master upload list.

I find it cumbersome to delete each replacement individually in the memory section. It would be beneficial to have an option to delete all bulk upload replacements at once. This feature would streamline the process and save time, especially when managing a large number of replacements.

Is it possible to configure snippet to add in patient name and gender in the provided auto text I have set up for the snippet? I have tried putting [insert patient name] but didn't work. Thanks

Significant amount of time invested into TextBlaze with dictation specific snippets. Would be ideal to have that integrated into Heidi.
