I want to use pre-written snippets to insert my physical exam in the format that I like. I do this immediately after seeing the patient. When things are abnormal i want the AI to be able to modify the pre-written snippet. Ie. "insert normal physical exam with a cranial nerve 3 deficit on the left"

Maintaining patient details such as name and UR so can select them from a list rather than adding every time, and categorising these details into different folders

When I need to correc the spelling of an industry or audiology-specific word, I want to do it quickly. I can't even location the Memory area of Heidi anymore without asking Chat where it is. Please bring it back to the top where I can find it fast.

I would LOVE to see a side bar for each new session that compiles a list of goals and objectives mentioned between provider and patient, so the provider can seamlessly reference treatment plan goals or other pertinant details- this would serve as a quick reference guide in real time to promote efficacy and assist the clinician in engagement without taxing their memory. We see a lot of clients- the details are everything. I also dont love seeing sessions drift away from tx goals- this would allow us to maintain a golden thread throuh all sessions for each saved pt. profile.

The user wants live transcription available in the desktop app. This would allow them to: 1) Ask follow-up questions based on already transcribed content in real-time. 2) Copy transcript snippets quickly. 3) Avoid the delay of ending a session and waiting for processing while with a client. 4) Provide an error-proof way to verify that both the clinician's and patient's voices are being captured during telehealth calls.

Bring back personalised shortcuts in the side note section. They've dissapeared with the update today.

I find that Heidi often gets drug names wrong. I would like a feature that if you correct this in one place in the transcript you can sync so it is corrected throughout the document and then this is remembered in the future

When copying from Heidi, the text uses manual line breaks which when pasted into MS WORD plays havoc with headings and formatting, i always have to replace them all using Ctrl-g, replace, special and find manual line and replace with paragraph mark.

Bulk export to share your abbreviations and snippets w your colleagues or to save it to avoid losing your words would be amazing

Can you please teach Heidi medication names? For a medical scribe program, I have to correct spelling of medications on a regular basis. Or give us the option of uploading vocabular - like medications, local community names or physician names
