It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

I would like to allow Heidi Mobile to transcribe phone calls

I need to include more than 3 past sessions in the Context tab to create comprehensive documents for my clients. Expanding the limit to at least 6 sessions would greatly enhance my ability to provide detailed and accurate information in my letters.

It would be very helpful if Heidi could label speakers in the transcript ("Speaker 1", "Speaker 2" etc) as it is quite time consuming going through the transcript afterwards and having to figure out when I spoke vs when the patient spoke.

I would love for Heidi to be able to insert a table. Right now, she just spaces info with line separations instead of an actual table. ex: | category 1| category 2| instead of an actual table.

I copied previous visits of a patient into the context section and wanted Heidi to give me a summary, using my summary template. I did not want to generate it without transcription.

I would like to train Heidi to recognize my voice and adapt to my language style by inputting example notes. This would help in creating more personalized and accurate notes that reflect my unique way of speaking and writing.

It would be helpful to be able to archive or "check off" notes for sessions that have been copied and completed so when my list can be decluttered during shifts where I see 20+ patients.

I find it challenging to personalize the application to suit my needs. It would be beneficial to have tutorials that guide users on how to change outputs and help the application learn individual styles. This would enhance the user experience by making the tool more adaptable to personal preferences.

1: Select font and other text formatting for a letter. Add in a custom letterhead + signature. Export a .pdf, .word file with a modifiable file name.
