Please go back to having the reference icon as a standalone in the left column as it used to before it got merged into work? Now to get to the chats, you have to go through home and then use the filter to screen out the transcriptions. I only move between templates - Heidi evidence chats - transcriptions so at least have an option to customize the taskbar perhaps?

I'd love to have more control over what my user interface looks like, with colours, flags, a folder structure etc.

Would love to be able to change the font style and size to match our documentation format.

I would like to request option to keep the chat box open permanently on the right pane. Currently i have to open it every time. This chat box I use almost to every consultation

it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

Fields should not require a specialty as there are plenty of doctors in subspeciality fields that are not fellows of a college. For example, my specialty is Occupational Medicine but I am not a fellow of the college nor carry a specialty title.

Personalisation is turned on only when Fast is selected and not when Best is selected. If Personalisation is turned on with Best selected it re-generates in Fast mode.

Could I please request an integration with VeriClaim - EMR for the scribe as a lot of doctors use VeriClaim.

I am having a problem getting heidi to properly categorize my statements vs statements of the owner/patient and things that I report as observations that belong under the observation section are often under subjective and "Owner states". it needs to do better at differentiating my comments/my voice from my clients and put the comments in the right section (subjective for client, objective for me). I have asked heidi to help and it came up with a rule to apply to personalizations - BUT there is nowhere that I can input my own rules/personalization and Heidi is getting the rule wrong every time I make changes by trying to put all owner things in the objective. I want to be able to teach heidi a rule/personalization without having to have it learn and interpret from my edits.
