Dear Heidi AI Team, Thank you for your ongoing efforts to improve the Heidi AI platform, which has already made a significant impact in reducing administrative burdens for healthcare professionals. I am writing to suggest an enhancement to the platform that would broaden its utility and inclusivity, especially for those working with individuals with disabilities. Feature Request: Add Roles for Social Workers, Disability Support Coordinators, and Disability Support Workers Currently, Heidi AI excels in supporting clinicians through its ambient scribing and customisation capabilities. However, I feel the platform could be further enhanced by incorporating roles for Social Workers, Disability Support Coordinators, and Disability Support Workers. These professionals play a critical role in multidisciplinary care teams, particularly for patients with complex needs or those navigating disability support systems like the NDIS. Here are some specific suggestions Dedicated Role-Based Access Enable these professionals to contribute to patient notes by adding their observations or updates relevant to care plans. Allow role-based access controls to ensure they can view or edit only the sections pertinent to their responsibilities. Integration of NDIS-Specific Documentation Include templates tailored for NDIS-related documentation, such as support logs, case notes, and service agreements. Provide tools that facilitate collaboration among clinicians and support workers in creating individualized care plans. Improved Multidisciplinary Collaboration Allow seamless communication and data sharing between healthcare providers and disability support teams to ensure continuity of care. Integrate features that help track participant goals and progress across both medical and social domains. By including these roles within Heidi AI’s framework, the platform could become an even more powerful tool for holistic patient care, bridging gaps between medical and social support systems.
