Feature Requests

Please can you consider adding a feature whereby I can categorise the transcripts, such as Joe Blogs- support or care, Jo Blogs- OT, or rehabilitation, or Jo Blogs, Medical. I have a huge amount of entries per client, and I don't know what part of their rehab it relates to. I'm a case manager and my role is it coordinate the client's rehab, so I speak and meet with multiple people.

to describe on a diagram any areas of concern on the body along with the ability to offer a short narrative

I'd love to have more control over what my user interface looks like, with colours, flags, a folder structure etc.

it would be nice to be able to push a button after making edits to a note so that Heidi can observe and learn what you did to implement it next time. Like a hard "learn this" instead of waiting over time for it to catch on.

I would like Heidi to not default to using 'they/them' pronouns unless specifically instructed. This change would allow for more personalized and accurate pronoun usage in my notes, reflecting the preferences of myself or the patient more accurately. It would improve my workflow by reducing the need for manual adjustments and ensuring that pronouns are used correctly according to specific instructions.

I have seen in analysis some ideas mentioned that are clearly pulling from Heidi back end training btu if it knew me more as a clinican it would know its not how i see things. As a specific example, it keeps trying to add myofacial as part of low back pain mechaisms, I do not agree with htis and can go onto an entire soap box on low back pain or myofacial involvement in clinical care. So perhaps there is a way for heidi to have a personal trainable back end feature or front end linlked to back end feature for it to vknow more about me a sa clinican? Otherwise a safe way to build into hte template somehow but im worried mentioning myofacial or specific things that are often not relevent can even pop up more if in the template itself.

I love how Heidi summaries the patient's history and complain and so on. But in my field as a physiotherapists, my treatment is specific and has a lot of jargon that I'd rather Heidi preserves that. When I say treatment T5, pleura fascia, mediastinum, t6 post ganglion, Heidi summaries to manual therapy to thoracic spine. In this way, I cannot have a good follow up on the next session. Is there anyway we can fix it?

Please provide an option to opt out of "which format you prefer". I have 10 minutes between appointments to review the note and prepare for the next client. I don't have time to review the note and have been just picking one at random which has unfortunately resulted in format changes I do not like.

I find it challenging to personalize the application to suit my needs. It would be beneficial to have tutorials that guide users on how to change outputs and help the application learn individual styles. This would enhance the user experience by making the tool more adaptable to personal preferences.
