Feature Requests

I copied previous visits of a patient into the context section and wanted Heidi to give me a summary, using my summary template. I did not want to generate it without transcription.

VOIP RING CENTRAL INTEGRATION FOR HEADPHONE/ TELEPHONE AND HEIDI. WE USE RINGCENTRAL QUITE OFTEN EITHER VIA DESKTOP BROWSER AND HEADSET. OR EXTENSION PHYSCIAL PHONES FOR VOIP. VERY POPULAR FOR FAX AND VOIP BASED IN USA BUTUSED AND INTEGRATED IN OUR OSCAR PRO EMR . WOULD BE GREAT BENEFIT WHEN USING HEADSET TO BE INTEGRATED TO PICKUP PT VOICE. USINGWEBSET MIC AND SPEAKERS NOT VERY PRIVATE

I do not always know if there is a problem with recording until after the session

Automatic detection when transcription is left running with no input, the session ends automatically and notifies the user that they forgot to "stop transcribing." Ex: Practitioner recently left Heidi running for nearly 16 hours.

A color change in the app or the line underneath it or the radial next to the name in the browser that indicates when you are transcribing. I hate it when I forget to click "start transcribing" and even when I have started it, I worry that I haven't and check it multiple times

I cannot believe anyone thought it was a good idea to have a box pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I change anything about a patient name. I thought you figured this out when you decided to remove the incessant pop-ups about the microphone not picking up audio, but now you've done it AGAIN with this new linking box. TAKE. IT. AWAY!

Live transcription to be able to seen in the desktop app to help get me an idea that it is working and is recording, especially with telehealth patients.

I have often NOT transcribed because I did not click on Start Transcribing TWICE. This happens when I need to leave Heidi to quickly check more in the client's file, or date of brith etc.On returning to Heidi, I'll click Start Transcribing, but all it does is 'wake up' the page, not actually Start Transcribing. So unless I click Start Transcribing AGAIN/TWICE,....it doesn't Start Transcribing.... only to find the whole session not recorded! So please can we have a colour coding or something like a traffic light system large and clear on the screen: Orange Icon = Ready to record (after adding name, content etc.). Then Green icon = Recording Icon (for the session) and Red icon (stop recording). Basic, visual, kiddy-easy stuff please. We have so much on our minds between clients and about clients. Forgetting to double click is a note-taking disaster. Heidi has been amazing in sooooo many other ways - Thank you. It has changed my therapy life : )
