Heidi Labs Feedback

I don't see any improvement in this area. I have corrected names of medications, specialist names etc every time but the personalisation does not happen. This is happening on a regular basis. I have used a few other programs where this issue is well sorted. Heidi is good, there is no question about it, but this one is a big let down. I know a few GPs in my town who have changed to a different program, costing less and good vocabulary. I still like Heide and would like to seen a good improvement in this section. It doesn't matter how many times I deselect the Quotes option; it always reverts back. It happens in templates and with an auto note. I toggled it off and hit Save as default, and it never saves.

it was helpful to be able to review the adjustments that the adaptive learning makes. I see that ability has not gone away.
