Feature Requests

The new popup is frustrating and disrupts workflow. Please remove it. Very few users would need to link sessions, and it’s inefficient to inconvenience everyone for such a small group.

I want to delete ALL of my tasks with one click. Currently you have to delete each one individually. Also, I really dont like that it auto generates tasks for me (that I have already completed in reality) I know some people really like this feature but can you please have the OPTION to AUTO GENERATE tasks to turn ON/OFF for those that done want it. I would however LOVE the ability to MANUALLY enter my own tasks to keep me organized when I need a reminder.

I cannot believe anyone thought it was a good idea to have a box pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I change anything about a patient name. I thought you figured this out when you decided to remove the incessant pop-ups about the microphone not picking up audio, but now you've done it AGAIN with this new linking box. TAKE. IT. AWAY!

While the tasks feature is clearly popular, I'd prefer to switch it off as I don't want to use it and it's taking up screen space. Having it as an optional feature that can be toggled off would be great.

Allow users to dictate into an existing note, or create a new blank note to dictate directly into. This will allow users to create dictations after the note has been generated, and use dictation mode as well as transcription mode within one session.

I often find myself in situations where I accidentally include non-relevant information in a patient's session transcript. It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows me to cut or delete specific sections of the transcript that are incorrectly incorporated into the note development. This would help maintain the accuracy of the notes and ensure that only relevant information is included.

Accidentally deleted a session would like to get it back, make this feature more present or noticeable if it already exist

I would like to see the actual numeric date, not 2 days ago, 4 days ago, etc

Would be great if we were able to attach documents such as referral letters and mental health care/treatment plans (MHC/TP) to context field for Heidi to consider as part of an initial consultation and assessment. This would be far more useful that having to enter this context in manually in the context field.

Heidi includes ICD-10-AM codes to support billing and documentation in Australia.
