Feature Requests

I would love to have an app for my Mac desktop to keep open in the background for easy access. I have so many browser tabs open it would be ideal to have something docked on my desktop for ease of use and also to limit activity (app nap) when not in use.

Right now there are very few actions available from the menu bar icon. Adding common actions like stopping and starting transcription would be helpful so that I don't have to switch to different windows in between visits and I can stay in my EMR window during my clinic day.

Leon Van Huyssteen suggests for Heidi to add a feature that would allow cut-and-paste or drag-and-drop files into the context box to streamline session setup. Currently, users need to save, rename, and manually upload files, adding unnecessary steps.

I'd like to see the microphone indicator within the desktop app - and also it would be useful to visible see what microphone is selected - there have been a number of times i have thought i've been recording and it hasnt.

When I open the app, it always defaults to occupying the full screen even though I have repositioned it to occupy only half the screen before closing it. Is there a way of having the app window opening in the same size and location as when I closed it as is standard for the majority of Mac apps? For a labour-saving application, this promises to be both a constant annoyance. Thank

Because the desktop app doesn't have a floating widget, I resize it and place it to the side of my desktop space. However, the 'copy' button disappears if the desktop app is resized to a smaller size. Hopefully you can move the copy button to stay put with desktop app window resizing

Would it be possible to have the 'magic paste note sections into corresponding fields' feature available when pasting the note sections into corresponding fields in desktop EHR apps e.g system one. Thanks

There should be a minimize button for the chat/support window because it's taking up the right half of my notes and I can't see anything while I'm waiting on someone to help me

Like Google Docs - should be able to be logged into two devices.
