It would be nice to be able to generate a report sheet or summary of the patient visits per day of the assessment and plan to be able to be used when rounding on patients

A separate tab on the side (similar to templates and forms) where clinicians can store and access preset patient handouts. These would include condition-specific information, explanations of particular tests, medication side effects, and other general information that can be quickly printed and handed to patients during consultations.

Two things in this category: 1) A local store or archive on my profile with referring doctors names, addresses and details which would auto-fill each time I create a letter to that doctor. 2) When creating subsequent letters back to referring GP or doctor on same patient, that Heidi remembers the doc from the previous letter and defaults back to that same doctor's details each time

PLEASE go back to keeping evidence and Ask Heidi separate. This new integration of "chat" feature with both evidence and asking Heidi is slow, doesn't give me the output needed, cannot keep up if I am asking Heidi to add something to one note output and then a question about something else in this new "thread" style. It is much less helpful, productive, and doesn't give me what I need in a timely manner. Keep evidence in one area, and this ask Heidi feature for generating new notes/documents or working within the notes from our current visit. Your upgrades are always great and this one truly misses the mark and has made my work more frustrating and longer. Please go back!

I would like to send a PDF as an email attachment directly from Heidi without having to do any other steps. Using a template, write a referral letter then send it to the specialist directly from Heidi. Even if Heidi simply opened an email with the document attached as a PDF that would be fine. I would like to be able to add my letterhead and signature to documents to make them complete from within Heidi. If the email could be sent from Heidi from my email address and show in my sent emails in outlook that would be even better.

A copy or export to .docx button (for example look at OpenEvidence) would be helpful for using content with references, e.g. for later fact checking or looking up references for reading in detail or journal clubs etc.

I would like to suggest that you can export the answers from Heidi Evidence as a PDF with a mouse click z.B so that you can send them z.B by email or print them out. so other users/doctors/ patients can benefit from the answer. thank you!

Being able to use the Evidence feature during live sessions is very useful. It would be great to be able to generate structured templates documents such as imaging requests and referrals without having to finalise the notes (and stop the recording) before generating them.

I run several clinic-specific and clinic-type-specific letter templates (Pacemaker Clinic, Heart Failure Clinic, Telehealth, etc etc, plus various satellite/country locations). Currently patient name seems to be the only field personalised automatically; clinic/location has to be handled by manually selecting or editing the right template each time, and introduced into the consultation (it's great seeing you in the "such and such clinic" in "town"). Requests: Clinic as a dynamic field. Add clinic/location as a settable attribute (session-level or per-visit) that can auto-populate into letters, the same way patient name does now. This would let one template serve multiple clinics instead of me maintaining near-duplicate versions. Batch application. Allow this clinic tag to be applied across an entire clinic list at once, either as letters are generated or retrospectively when a batch is being finalised, rather than confirming per letter. Happy to discuss the specific templates if useful.

Linking the folders for family members so the information (contextuaral docs, letter, transcript) is accessible and used. Eg mum and children with a bleeding disorder, or autosomal dominant blood problem like hereditary spherocytosis.
