If as a clinician I asked - are you still continuing to have pain ... the AI generated summary mistook this as patient saying they are continuing to have pain.

To be able to replace an uploaded session recording and/or add more separated recordings as part of the whole note along with other PDF files. This would allow much more flexibility with relevant pt context.

I noticed in the last week or so Heidi seems to have lost the ability to have leading spaces at the start of a line in order to show that something is a list. So whereas before it would produce stuff like this: Heading 1 - item 1 - item 2 Heading 2 - item 3 - item 4 Now it looks like this: 1 Heading item 1 item 2 Heading 2 item 3 item 4 It seems like the text is still generated the same so I'm wondering if this is something happening AFTER the LLM is generating the text, that the leading spaces are getting deleted somehow when Heidi displays the output from the LLM? It definitely makes the notes harder to read and also triggers my OCD so I end up wasting time putting the spaces in. Edit: looks like the lists get automatically reformatted here so I'll attach a screenshot to show what I mean.

I really like the narrative form notes that have followed the typical bulleted notes for 2 patients today. Is there any way to select that form on all visits?

Heidi should know US medications (both brand and generic) and not spell them incorrectly.

Once note is generated from transcription AI pops a query box above any word or phrase that it was unsure on and give some options plus an area to customise. It would have chosen the best fit, but this would lead to quicker learning and quicker scanning for the user as AI already flagging the areas likely to need a tweak. For instance I said dental scale and polish and note said dental scan and polish. It could have flagged it was unsure of what I said and then I could have customised to say actually I want tot to input COHAT instead of that phrase.

Upload a veterinary product and terminology list. The drugs, trade names and pieces of kit can sometimes be different from doctors. So giving AI access to that when someone is registered as a vet, would potentially be handy. For instance COHAT (complete oral health assessment and treatment) or Antinol a green lipped mussel supplement for dogs and cats.

The AI ignores when I tell it that there is a chaperone present for sensitive exams.
