it would be very helpful if there is the audio animation to indicate the mic is receiving sound, like the web version.

if for some reason it fails to record, I might not know about it unless I keep it in the front and notice it stopped recording. Would be helpful if it brings to the front OR, have other ways to notify.

I would like to be able to archive the session s rather than delete. To enable refering back to a previous session for review but not cluttering up the past sessions list. Thanks.

I would like to be able to control the functions of the sessions without regard to where in the browser window I am currently focused. Currently, non of the shortcut keys will work if the focus is in a text entry box. For example, if I have been writing in the "Context" tab text box, I cannot just press R to start recording again, as it interprets this as just another letter that I am writing. It would be useful to have the option to press a combination such as "alt+R" to activate or pause the recording. An alternative option would be to have a single shortcut that will take you back out of the text box an then allow the other shortcuts to work. Such as something that would put the window focus back on the "New Session" button, but without actually clicking it. It would also be nice to have a shortcut for the copy function which doesn't depend on having selected all the text first (again, Alt+c would be an example of this). This would allow the note to be copied no matter what the window focus would be. It would also be nice to have a shortcut to directly jump to the patient's name, again, and again, without it being dependant on not being currently in a text entry box.

When you click "New session" it would be nice for the cursor to be automatically in the patient details box so that you can just start typing the name rather than clicking New Session then patient details then Start. Even if you could then tab from the patient details to Start transcribing.

I would like to be able to click them and see them because now if she pre loads them either she has to print them or I have to look them up individually. I would love to be able to click and view notes that are pre-loaded in context.

Instead of exporting the notes or documents as a document, it would be good to have the option of printing directly from Heidi.

I am an Australian sole trader operating a mental health business for approximately 2.5 days a week. I generally make about $95 for a 1 hour counselling session, eventuating into about $850 a week income from my business (out of which I pay $550 per week in private and commercial rent fees). These circumstances mean that a $99 a month plan with Heidi Health would not be a justifiable expense. I would only be using the program to write about 8 notes a week. I find that Heidi Health's free templates don't quite match up with the types of interventions that I provide. The basic mental health template for a social worker/counsellor/psychologist session note, doesn't differentiate enough between relevant and irrelevant information. Recently, I have been using a free version of a different AI scribe software, specifically designed for psychologists, because of the note quality issues I was having with the free Heidi Health options. I prefer the Heidi Health layout and ease of use overall though. If I could use templates in Heidi Health that are better suited to psychodynamic and social content rather than emphasis on themes of physical health; I would have no need to use the other AI software. I'm hoping that your company may consider a small business / sole trader membership option. An option, below the pro-plan, that allows some custom or specialised templates to be used and allows for at least 60 pro actions per month. An in-between plan/membership option would make a world of difference to my practice. A plan or 'pay as needed' option that costs around $30 a month would be workable for my situation.

Ability to switch languages when dealing with consultations that have multiple languages (e.g., a mix of English and Arabic). For Heidi to also automatically translate sessions to the patient’s language (sample the doctor speaks in English), and vice versa, enabling smooth communication. Lastly, to collect consultation notes in real-time while performing these translations.

Add/include telehealth integration capability to Heidi, so that patients can log-in and have sessions with their doctors.
