Many clinicians work with clients over long periods (often 20–30 sessions per year). The current discharge templates and “Linked Previous Sessions” only allow 3 sessions of context, which isn’t enough for cumulative reporting. It would be really useful if Heidi could generate a quarterly or annual discharge summary that automatically compiles data from all sessions within a chosen date range (or those tagged #DischargeSummary). This would save manual copying/dictation time, improve accuracy, and provide a fuller picture of engagement and progress over time — ideal for solo practitioners and NHS-linked work. — Debbie Simmons

I would like to have my lab results in chart or table form for ease of viewing and for comparison.

I often need to create a document from all my client notes without downloading each session individually. This feature would save time and effort, especially since I see clients frequently and need to compile notes for progress reports. It would be a significant improvement to have this capability in Heidi, as it is a determining factor in my choice of software.

I often face issues with double-spacing when pasting dictations from Heidi into Medent due to rich text formatting. It would be beneficial to have an option to set plain text as the default copy/export format in Heidi to avoid these formatting issues.

I would (as I think many) really like the facility for adding images to documents: 'snapshots' of CT slices, graphical plots of serial lung function both to help the patient and act as 'aide memoires' for me. Is this within scope?

Upload PDF or other information and have Heidi AI be able to process the data and summarize or extract content from large files
