Feature Requests

The ability to drag and drop multiple documents that I have downloaded onto my web browser without having to download them to my desktop first. Also, for there not ot be a size limit and for Heidi to read more document types, like on getcoralai.com .

In context section it would be very helpful to be able to open the documents that we upload here. This is why: we have MA prep the session for the provider and enter the patient paperwork as well as Imaging and lab reports. It would be great if the provider could then open these back up during the session to review rather than tracking them down in the original source.

File upload feature is amazing, but currently I have to save the file to desktop then upload (unless I am doing something wrong) would be amazing to drag and drop so file never gets saved to my computer.

It would be great to be able to have an area to upload multiple (bulk documents) for different clients at once. The idea is you would upload the document and have a patient selector for each document and then Heidi would be able to generate the session for each client based on the document. Note type selection for each document would also be a bonus.

Can you please add Date of Birth (DOB) on the patient consent forms to make it easier for reception staff to identify which patient has completed the form, often their handwriting makes it difficult to read the name and signature sections. Thank you!

Save PDF files under patient name so the context does not have to be uploaded each time

Custom tags offer endless possibilities. Mark documents as complete or in progress (eg so secretaries know which ones to send out). Mark documents with outstanding actions (eg book scans). Mark paid or unpaid, etc etc.

I sometimes use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate letter templates like support letters for clients by feeding the tool a sometimes lengthy prompt.

Document name output in regional format. Currently only US format, not influenced by settings in Memory. Would reduce the need to manually change the name of each document (pdf or doc files) exported from the tabs.
