Hey, Team, I've been using Heidi full time in the clinic and the emergency department over the last two weeks, and just wanted to let you know that it's been a great experience! My practice is primarily based out of the hospital or as a locum, and as such, I don't have my own EMR. I do see some patients outside of those settings for medical assistance and dying, which I mainly do home visits and my own scheduling. And it doesn't seem like a giant leap for me to imagine Heidi being a fully functional EMR for me. I assume you guys are already thinking this way, given the AI scheduling assistant and some of the features you've added recently, including the patient list. But I just wanted to encourage you that I would certainly be interested in a more fleshed out EMR like product that could directly send prescriptions electronically, do scheduling and maintain a cumulative patient profile, set reminders for f/u etc and obviously integrate a billing function. Many of the clinics in British Columbia that I work out of use Med Access and to get the most out of Heidi, I have to do a lot of copying and pasting. I'm sure it's not news to you that having this integrated directly into the EMR would be a logical next step. I'm sure the team continues to iterate on the current product, but I was wondering if you ever need physician beta testers? I would definitely be interested in Being a part of something like that? Customer wants to change time format to 24-hour clock in settings. Currently can change date format but not time format. This would help maintain consistency with their clinic appointments which are all in 24-hour format.

The customer shared feedback regarding recent UI and workflow changes in Heidi. As a clinician using Heidi throughout a busy day, they emphasized that speed, efficiency, and simplicity are critical to their workflow. Key feedback points: * The previous version felt more streamlined and intuitive. * Recent updates appear to add extra steps without providing clear benefits to end users. * Reduce the number of clicks required to add a new patient. * Restore a one-click process for copying notes. * Remove unnecessary prompts when generating notes. * Allow recordings to start within the same window instead of opening a separate pop-up window. * Improve interface consistency and keep frequently used functions in predictable locations. Overall, the customer feels that the recent changes have increased the number of steps required to complete common tasks and would like to see the workflow simplified to better support high-volume clinical use.

Recordings from remote would come up as unlabelled despite stating patient's name explicitly in recording. Would be good for recordings done with the remote to have some awareness of the context/schedule to allocate sessions.

There are many times when it is necessary to have multiple sessions on the go at one time, pausing and moving back and forth between them. For example, when doing inpatient rounds I have an active session for each patient and moving from one session to the next as I receive report from nursing about each patient in sequence. When we move to the next patient, I pause the current session to resume and add to later and at the end of report I have a dozen active incomplete sessions with transcription in them. I then go to the bedside and examine and speak with each patient in sequence, resuming each session and adding to the existing transcription as I do. Once this is done I complete the sessions and generate the notes. This workflow works reasonably well with the app or the web interface but is incompatible with the Remote, which is permanently locked to a single session until that session is completed. It would be helpful have the ability to merge sessions retrospectively. One would simply use the remote to transcribe each partial session using the remote button to start and stop transcription (i.e. session 1A is nursing report for patient A, 1B is nursing report for patient B, then 2A is bedside encounter for patient A, etc. ) then retrospectively merge 1A and 2A into a single session for patient A.

I would like generation to go directly into an uploaded word document template. Claude/OpenAI use PYTHON to extract template information and formulate information directly into the word document (as formatted). We have also been approached by a tech company offering a system that does exactly this. This would save a lot of time transferring reports into word documents and formatting time.

The Disability Tax Credit Certificate (T2201) template has a character limit on Question 6 (Page 13) that is too short to enter the full required response. This prevents the form from being completed properly. Add/include telehealth integration capability to Heidi, so that patients can log-in and have sessions with their doctors.
