When I use ask AI to create a document, the result is lost if I move to another patient session while the AI is "thinking" or if I fail to act on the result first (by creating a new tab / add to note / replace note etc). I frequently work in a telephone-based job where my processing of previous sessions can be suddenly interrupted by a new phone call (ie a new session). It would be nice if these results weren't lost and I could move freely back and forth between sessions without losing the AI result.

Create and use section-based templates that match EHR fields, making it easier to copy notes into your system.

The new "evidence" section that allows the use of AI to ask medical questions doesn't currently offer any advantage over something like Open Evidence. What would be more advantageous would be if it we could ask questions and have it pull information from the current patient encounter. Then we could ask things like "Are there any other questions I should ask?" "What would be the best antidepressant to try next for this patient?" etc.

Can we please have a way to pre-chart for future appointments on the schedule tab? You are not integrated with my EHR. It would be nice to prep the next day's patients chart rather than copying and pasting information the day of.

ChatCGT currently has a feature to upload documents for summary or review which is incredibly useful to summarise to provide specific information about a source that Heidi cannot access.
