Feature Requests

The ability to control what is a task and what isn't a task. The tasks that it creates are not applicable to my practice. I would like to be able to say "create task" and then have it create a task.

The tasks is amazing, I think it could be improved. Some tasks are being repeated in multiple ways (ie - send order for MRI, schedule patient for MRI, tell front desk patient needs MRI). I would like to see this sort of task just under "orders". I would also love it if the system could help us track the orders - for example, if I could pull up a list of orders I have mentioned in visits so I can check to make sure they are done and maybe check them off when I review them. This system is amazing, thank you so much for all the work you have done!

The tasks feature is a good idea but its not quite there. It imputes a lot of duplicates which need clicking out (deleting or actioned'. This needs refining but in the meantime the tiny click boxes need replacing by bigger buttons. Its tedious and annoying and adds a bit of cognitive load. Additionally it would be helpful to have the option to bulk select tasks within a session and not just from the Tasks menu to help with some of this

Please add the ability to have Heidi enter the start recording and stop recording time along with total time of the encounter - Some billing codes in Canada require a certain time be spent with the patient in order to bill them. The current time stamp feature is in the incorrect time zone and I have to change it after every single session which is very tie consuming. Thanks.

send a task to a team member (like medical assistants or scheduling)

This app is a gamechanger. Loving everything about it so far. One thing that I know that would make my experience better is integrating the iOS app with the Apple Watch for the simple task of starting a new encounter, pausing and resuming recording, and recording directly from the microphone on the apple watch. This would serve a few purposes but the most significant would be having a high-quality microphone mobile and in an optimal position at all times. As you could imagine this would also be helpful during procedures and as a physician working in a busy emergency department. Keep up the great work!!

Enable users to view their task list and manually add tasks after a session directly within the Heidi app, so they don't need to switch to the browser.
