Feature Requests

It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

I copied previous visits of a patient into the context section and wanted Heidi to give me a summary, using my summary template. I did not want to generate it without transcription.

It would be very helpful if Heidi could label speakers in the transcript ("Speaker 1", "Speaker 2" etc) as it is quite time consuming going through the transcript afterwards and having to figure out when I spoke vs when the patient spoke.

a tick box before each consult which says something like "verbal consent gained to use AI scribe"-upon ticking this, the same appears as the first sentence of the transcript. I am doing this manually for each consult currently

select multiple patients transcripts and email them to my secretary at the same time rather than one at a time!

It would be great if we could upload a photo of handwritten notes and for this to be transcribed / typed. Useful for any consultations that went very overtime or for when the computers go down.

It would be wonderful if Heidi titled the session with the patient's name that is included in the transcript during the interview without the need to add it manually

If I ask Heidi, "What time did the patient say their first words?" and "What time did we say goodbye?" Heidi snaps to the transcription start and transcription stop times. Is there a way you can program Heidi to timestamp first patient words and last patient words, for every single transcription? For example, it might take 4 minutes for the patient to join, or sometimes longer. I want to get accurate as to what time they actually joined our call and what time we ended. Sometimes I accidentally leave it going and realize I need to stop transcription after performing some tasks in silence, but it still will think that time was part of the visit. You can look at my customized AI prompts in my template for "Functional Medicine SOAP Note for Existing Patients" It reports inaccurately in this template, snapping to incorrect times. But you'll see how specific I am asking Heidi to be. Heidi fails at this prompt though.

Some sort of obvious recording now indication rather than just the little red button on the top right. Something like a sine wave or it looks like a voice recorder that moves only when you are recording. Currently, the sine wave moves when you are using the microphone, even if it's not recording.
