Feature Requests

In the Browser, you allow upload of .pdf, .png, .jpg, .docx, .doc. In the Android app, you allow upload of .mp3, .wav, .mp4 Why is this so inconsistent? Why can't I upload a simple plain .txt file in either the browser or Android app (for instance, if I need to upload the text transcript of the consultation)? Why can't I upload audio in the browser, despite it being possible in the Android app? Why can't I upload a .m4a audio file in the Android app (the audio format used by Google Recorder)? Why can't I upload documents or images in the Android app, despite it being possible in the browser? This is creating major headaches. Please allow the upload of "common sense" filetypes and make it consistent between all platforms. Thank you

I am having issues when I connect my laptop to a secondary display in my rooms. I close my laptop (MacBook Pro) and the laptop microphone then becomes inactive. I start Heidi and the first transcript or 2 are blank because I haven't flipped Heidi over to an available active microphone from the webcam or screen. Is there anyway Heidi can automatically select an available microphone or produce a popup when I start a new session to remind the user to select which microphone they wish to use.

I'd like a settings option to automatically start transcribing when a new session is created. This would help ensure I don’t miss out on using Heidi for a patient if I forget to manually start transcription after starting a new session.

I need the ability to edit the full transcript directly within the application. This feature is crucial as it affects all the letters and ensures accuracy in documentation. Without this capability, the current solution may not be suitable for our needs.

Hi Guys, firstly thank you so much for changing my life and preventing burn out and getting me back into loving why I do medicine! As a teacher and supervisor it would be useful to have the original transcript text colour coded so you can easily identify when the patient is speaking (say black) and when the clinican is speaking (blue) and maybe a third colour for other random speakers eg kids. This would be useful for feedback when reveiwing consultations, instantly you see who is doing most of the talking and can finely look into details eg see how you interrupted them here....etc. Thanks again you heros.

This function would be very helpful. Most of the other AI scribes turn off when the zoom/google meet meeting finishes and I'm just finding I often forget to turn it off and its still recording
