Feature Requests

All throughout Heidi (notes, additions, templates tec.) including rich-text formatting options in Heidi, such as bolding, italics and ordered/unordered lists

I've been experiencing issues with losing notes due to unexpected internet shutdowns. It would be really helpful if Heidi could have an autosave feature that automatically saves text that hasn't been completed yet. This would ensure that no information is lost, even when the internet connection is unreliable.

Would love to be able to put in a date and time stamp of the initial encounter and every new recording (reassessment) for the same patient

Upload a file with a structure you like, and we'll learn from it and create a template from it

Dictation and Transcription outputs the words in a live format with corresponding timestamps

Allow users to dictate into an existing note, or create a new blank note to dictate directly into. This will allow users to create dictations after the note has been generated, and use dictation mode as well as transcription mode within one session.

Psychologist/therapy billing is time-based (at least in US). It would be helpful if Heidi automatically detected the time the session started and ended, based on when transcript starts/stops in local time.

I noticed in the last week or so Heidi seems to have lost the ability to have leading spaces at the start of a line in order to show that something is a list. So whereas before it would produce stuff like this: Heading 1 - item 1 - item 2 Heading 2 - item 3 - item 4 Now it looks like this: 1 Heading item 1 item 2 Heading 2 item 3 item 4 It seems like the text is still generated the same so I'm wondering if this is something happening AFTER the LLM is generating the text, that the leading spaces are getting deleted somehow when Heidi displays the output from the LLM? It definitely makes the notes harder to read and also triggers my OCD so I end up wasting time putting the spaces in. Edit: looks like the lists get automatically reformatted here so I'll attach a screenshot to show what I mean.
