I copied previous visits of a patient into the context section and wanted Heidi to give me a summary, using my summary template. I did not want to generate it without transcription.

It would be nice to be able to edit the transcript, i.e delete certain parts not relevant or confusing info captured during the consultation.

Would be great to flag the AI's confidence on transcription - especially around drug names. If it is unsure, then it would be great to highlight that somehow rather than place a best guess - this sort of mistake is easy to miss on review and can have significant consequences. eg, if it doens't really know what the drug is, then it highlights it in the note generated ?(modafinal 50mg)?

A compact, portable hardware device that seamlessly integrates with Heidi for in-room transcription. This device would connect via Bluetooth, allowing clinicians to record sessions effortlessly without needing to handle their phone or navigate apps. Inspired by devices like the Plaud Note Pin and Plaud Note AI Recorder, it would offer one-touch recording, automatic syncing, and even phone call recording capabilities. Such a solution would streamline clinical documentation, making workflows more efficient and discreet, especially for busy clinicians.

Currently using iPad to go between office visits. When I run the Heidi app and then switch to my EMR it stops recording the session. Therefore I have to use the desktop version on my iPad. Would like to be able to use the app on the iPad as it's cleaner and more user friendly on the iPad compared to the desktop version. Would be very useful if the microphone/recording can continue when going between the app and other apps/EMR while using on iPad. Additionally, I have noted with desktop version on iPad as well, sometimes the microphone will stop recording when going between tabs in safari (ie between the Heidi website and EMR website).

User requests that session transcripts be output in a more organized way, with line breaks clearly delineating each speaker. This would improve readability and make it easier to follow conversations.

I do not always know if there is a problem with recording until after the session

Automatic detection when transcription is left running with no input, the session ends automatically and notifies the user that they forgot to "stop transcribing." Ex: Practitioner recently left Heidi running for nearly 16 hours.

I want the start time to be recorded in the transcript instead of the end time. Currently, the system only captures the date automatically, and any time-related information like the start time needs to be stated out loud during recording. It would be beneficial if the start time could be automatically recorded in the transcript when using custom templates on mobile or iPad.
