Please add "Registered Dietitian" as a specialty in Heidi, I can only use General Dietitian currently in my profile settings. Canada does not recognize "General Dietitian", and any handouts I create with Heidi, I struggle to remove that title from them :) When medically identifying ourselves, we need to call ourselves Registered Dietitians. Thank you

I would like to set this one up in Heidi regarding what we call as PERIO charts so each tooth will have six side each side we measure in millimetre the gum recession or gum pocketing. I’ve noticed on one of the social media channels that there’s another provider called carenotes.AI that is doing this phenomenally well. I was wondering if there’s any way I can set a similar set up in Heidi either as a template or directly in the Dental Perio charts.

I’m a GP running a telehealth‑only ADHD/psychiatry‑focused practice using: Zedmed Cloud as my PMS Heidi AI Scribe + AI Evidence, already integrated with Zedmed Cloud for in‑consult documentation HotDoc for bookings/reminders Coviu for video consults (and occasional phone calls) Zoom Phone as a practice number I’d like to move toward Heidi being the main platform around Zedmed Cloud. Specifically, I want all of these, as integrated as possible: Video platform for telehealth Call‑out option for clinician‑to‑patient calls AI Scribe (already using) AI Evidence (already using) AI Comms (inbound call agent, SMS/email, reminders and simple follow‑ups) Integration with Zedmed Cloud for appointments and reminders, and/or integration with HotDoc if that’s still necessary. If I only needed Heidi and my EHR that would be perfect.

it would be nice to be able to make phone calls through the app for patient follow up and then it will transcribe it. Empathia has this feature.

I am interested in the proposed feature to make automated calls to my patients. It would be beneficial for managing patient communication more efficiently. Could you provide an update on the progress of this feature?

I would like to be able to call patient's and talk to them either through my telephone or the computer and then have the patient think I am calling from the clinic. That will allow me to use my computer and work from home as well as while traveling. Also the AI can differentiate between who is talking and is saying what

The mobile app needs a feature similar to the "telehealth" feature in the browser app, allowing Heidi to transcribe a phone conversation on the mobile phone.

Would like access to this feature.

It would be nice to be able to record/dictate while on a call with a patient with/without headphones on the mobile app.
