Allow fragmented telephone consultations, caused by phone line interruptions, to be automatically combined into a single, chronologically ordered consultation note. This would ensure the conversation makes contextual sense and save time by reducing the need for manual editing or dictation.

Add a phone feature app where users can call the patient off of the Heidi app on their phone and it will transcribe the conversation.
