Feature Requests

Please add a feature where we can upload or paste a group of patient names with their appt times (and appt date) to have sessions already started for a future date. Or, better yet, build better integration with eCW.

Request for a single, dedicated page per patient where their entire medical history is pre-populated after the first visit. This would allow clinicians to easily find previous entries and add new dictations, streamlining workflow and improving access to patient information. No further details required.

It would be helpful to be able to archive or "check off" notes for sessions that have been copied and completed so when my list can be decluttered during shifts where I see 20+ patients.

Archive Sessions: It would be great to be able to archive sessions that have already been dealt with so you don't see them in the past sessions list but don't have to delete them in case something happens and you need to review the session again.

It would save lots of clicks if you could say "this is a H&P for patient X" and heidi automatically names the session "H&P for patient X" and links it to patient X. if the patient doesnt exist, it should create this patient. When I am on my phone, I dont want to link my session by clicking and selecting patients, i just want to talk and heidi organises everysthing by itslef

The new popup is frustrating and disrupts workflow. Please remove it. Very few users would need to link sessions, and it’s inefficient to inconvenience everyone for such a small group.

As a speech therapist working regularly with the same clients in neuro rehabilitation, I would like to be able to link sessions to a client and Heidi for then be able to comment on progression, long term goals or comparison to previous sessions/performance

In our multidisciplinary group, we face a challenge with documentation as only one person can enter notes at a time in our EMR. This slows down report generation and sometimes leads to unintentional deletion of content. It would be beneficial if Heidi could automatically combine multiple scribe sessions into one seamless report, allowing for simultaneous note entry by various team members.

I would like to categorize patients based on specific conditions, such as a particular heart valve condition, for tracking purposes. This feature would help me manage and monitor patients more effectively by grouping them according to their medical conditions.
