The advantage of this system is to allow a standardized interview structure and to follow it during the session, bringing in non-verbalized data during the session (clinical observation). This is similar to the examination practice with a structured examination sheet. The drawer question system allows for filter questions that prevent overloading a consultation. Examples: if the reported gender is male, no questions about gynecological-obstetric history are included. On a filter question like "thyroid disorder," if I answer no, I move to the next question; if I answer yes, then the questions appear: type of thyroid disorder, date of last check-up, current treatment.

I would like to have the ability to link all sessions without needing to manually paste content into the context box. This would streamline the process and make it more efficient, especially when managing multiple sessions for a single patient.

There should be an area to give Heidi specific instructions to apply to all of the Notes/Documents/etc that she creates. For example, you work in a specialty clinic and want to give Heidi details on what you want the notes to focus on, and you want this to apply to every note you make (instead of having to add the details to every template you ever make and not being able to use Heidi's templates because they do not have those details). This would improve workflow significantly because it would ensure accuracy in the notes created and maintain a similar tone/voice throughout all of one provider's specific notes in Heidi, and would keep you from having to re-type the detailed instructions every time you do something in Heidi.

As a psychologist, you do not typically document client appearance or verbal presentation in notes, unlike psychiatrists. Automatic comments about appearance or speech patterns are not relevant and require manual removal, which is time-consuming. However, notes about client distress are helpful and should remain. The ability to control or remove these automatic notes would improve workflow for psychologists.

Ability for Heidi to have tables and charts where patient data can be inserted into and included.

Would it be possible to have a autostop for every recording. So it will stop transcribing after 60minutes of recording. This 60 minutes can then manually be made less or more for example after 30 or after 300min. This stops the sessions endlessly recording for example last client of the day is sometimes in record mode till next morning (if didnt press stop recording)

the ability to create a note from context and uploaded documents AND then once note is created, record the visit and use that information to upload the note without having to open another session and put the already created note in the context to do the same thing. would simplify workflow. would be AMAZING to be able to start and stop recording and upload the note as needed throughout the process, even after it has already been generated.

If I'm using session linking for follow ups, I would like to be able to just have that set as default so I don't have to go into the context tab and click it each time

After creating a note or summary based on uploaded background documents, the option to move onto transcription is removed. It would be helpful to create a note prior to consultation to be used as background then add a transcript of the consultation. Having done this the note could be regenerated the combined information. The alternative would be to generate context notes based on uploaded documents in the context section. This could add as a pre-consultation summary before moving onto transcription. At the moment two separate sessions are required one for the context and document summary and one for the transcription. Hopefully you can help.

I want to finish my rounds and at the end of rounds export all the notes for that day to word documents. I need the ability to select the sessions and the word document has to be names the patient's name and in the document itself, the patients name must be at the top together with the date and time of the note taking. This in order to print all once for hospital files and also to import it easily into my note taking app which does not collaborate with heidi
